This series of blower is low speed single stage, single suction, double support structure. The fan is directly connected with the motor, and the impeller is inside the two supporting bearings. The air inlet chamber and bearing box of the casing are resin sand castings. The impeller is welded with alloy steel. At high pressure rise, the impeller is forged with high strength alloy steel for the integral front and rear discs. In the large flow rate (more than 3000m²/min), the shell adopts steel plate welding structure, this series of blower adopts sliding bearings, equipped with independent thin oil station for oil supply. The series blower is mainly used in converter steelmaking, large dust removal, sintering ring cold gas transmission and other industries, according to user needs can be configured with frequency conversion speed regulation, liquid couple speed regulation and other devices.
