The fan is equipped with sliding bearing, thin oil station, high fuel tank and a complete set of safety interlock protection system, and the shell is horizontally divided, and the fan inlet and outlet pipes are horizontally connected with the shell inlet.

1.Brief introduction

The series blower has three structures of single intake cantilever type, double intake type and double support type, and adopts coupling drive.
The case is made of cast iron, which helps to prevent vibration and absorb noise. The casing is divided horizontally along the axis, which is convenient for maintenance. There are washing holes above and blowdown holes below, which are convenient for cleaning the dirt in the casing. The impeller is welded with high strength alloy steel plate, and the rotor is corrected by static and dynamic balance, and runs smoothly.
This series of blower adopts rolling bearing and plain bearing respectively. For the use of rolling bearing blower, both ends of the journal are covered with high-speed ordinary skeleton type rubber oil seals. The bearing box is stored with lubricating oil and a cooler, and the bearing box is covered with a breathable cover to facilitate the cooling gas emitted by lubricating oil to leak out of the box. For blowers using plain bearings, the oil is forced to be lubricated by the pressure of the oil station, and the lubricating oil is No. 32 or No. 46 oil. The lubrication system includes main oil pump, electric oil pump, oil tank, oil cooler, oil filter and high oil tank. When the machine is shut down due to power failure, the high fuel tank can continue to hold lubrication for a certain time to ensure the safe shutdown of the unit.
This series of blower seal is reliable, the impeller inlet is equipped with a labyrinth seal, by the outside of the hub and the back of the shell is equipped with an axial and radial combined labyrinth seal, the labyrinth seal is embedded in the hub, the pressure relief air hole is opened on the back cover of the shell, and a primary air hole and oil cup.
