4-72 B4-72 centrifugal fan
Brief introduction
4-72 centrifugal fan can be used as indoor ventilation for general factories and large buildings, conveying air and other non-spontaneous combustion, harmless to the human body, and non-corrosive to steel gases. B4-72 fan can be used for ventilation of flammable and volatile gases. No viscous substances are allowed in the gas, and the dust and hard particles contained are not more than 150mg/m3. The gas temperature shall not exceed 80℃. The performance and selection of B4-72 fan and the size of the foundation are consistent with that of 4-72 fan and can be selected according to its sample. The structure of the fan is basically the same as that of type 4-72. NO2.8 ~ 6A adopts the Electromotor of type B35 with flanges and foot, NO6 ~ 1 2C and DElectromotor adopt the YB series corresponding to the Y series in this table, and the installation type is B.

Facing from the Electromotor side, the impeller rotates clockwise, which is called right-handed fan, denoted by "right" : The impeller rotates counterclockwise, which is called left cyclone machine, denoted by "left". The transmission mode of the fan is A, B, C and D. In the 4-72 fan, №2.8 ~ 6 adopts type A transmission, №6 ~ 12 adopts type c and D transmission, and №16 ~ 20 adopts type B transmission.
4-72 fan structure
The N2.8A ~ 6A in the 4-72 fan is mainly composed of direct connected motors distributed by the impeller, shell, air inlet and other parts. NO6 ~ 20 In addition to the above parts, there are transmission parts, etc.
(1) The impeller is composed of 10 receding airfoil blades, a curved front disk and a flat rear disk. Made of steel plate or cast aluminum alloy, and corrected by dynamic and static balance, air performance is good, high efficiency, smooth operation.
(2) The case is made into two different types. N02.8 ~ 12 chassis as a whole, can not be disassembled. The casing of NO1 6-20 is made of three open type, in addition to the two halves along the middle water plane, the upper half is vertically divided into two halves along the center line, and is connected by bolts.
