Uses of fan
Compared with similar fans at home and abroad, the 9-19, 9-26 centrifugal fan has the advantages of high efficiency, low noise, flat performance curve and wide high efficiency area, which has the advanced level in the 1970s. This fan is generally used for forging furnace and high pressure forced ventilation, and can be widely used for material conveying, conveying air and special gas. When transporting special gases, the fan must be specially treated.
Form of fan
1. the fan can be made into a single suction, machine numbers No4, 4.5, 5, 5.6, 6.3, 7.1, 8, 9, 10, 11.2, 12.5, 14, 16 a total of 13 machine numbers. According to user needs, it can also be made into other machine numbers between them.
2. the fan can be made into two forms of right rotation or left rotation, facing from one end of the motor, such as the impeller rotates clockwise to call the right-handed fan, expressed as "right". Rotate in a counterclockwise direction, called the left cyclone, represented by "left".
3. The exit position of the fan is indicated by the exit Angle of the housing. "Left" and "right" can be made into 0, a total of six angles.
4. The transmission mode of the fan is type A (4~6.3) and type D (7.1~16)
Structural characteristics of the main components
The No4~6.3 in the fan is mainly composed of impeller, shell, air inlet, bracket, etc. No7.. 1~16 is mainly composed of impeller, shell, air intake, transmission group and so on.

3. Air inlet: The overall structure of the collected flow line is fixed by bolts in the front cover panel group.
4. Transmission group: composed of spindle, bearing box, coupling, etc. The main shaft is made of high quality steel, the bearing box has an overall structure, and the rolling bearings are lubricated with bearing grease.
